I'm Shreeram, a Software Engineer at Koko, a product startup building for veterinary clinics, hospitals and pet parents across India. I love debugging and figuring things out quickly.
Before that I built LLM, RAG and agent apps at Axentia (Transcript Genie, Clauseborne and more), end to end, from vector indexes and job queues to billing. The satisfying part is watching the whole thing come together.
I still code with my bare hands in the vibe-code era. AI handles the repetitive stuff; someone has to keep it from taking my job.

OrderFlow is an event-driven restaurant ordering system built with Next.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Prisma and RabbitMQ. Customers pay from a wallet and track their order live, while the kitchen works from a real-time order board. Behind the API, separate order, payment and notification workers coordinate through RabbitMQ events, and refunds run as compensating transactions in a different service.

Cloud practice management software that veterinary clinics and hospitals across India run their day on. Appointments, treatments and medical records, GST billing, inventory and lab reports live in one connected system, with WhatsApp reminders bringing vaccines and follow-ups back on time. Koko AI drafts medical summaries so vets focus on the pet in front of them. I built most of the admin web app, added multi-branch support for clinic chains, and integrated Porter and Shadowfax so medicines reach pet parents at their doorstep.

A multi-PG management app for Indian PG owners running two to five properties, built first for my parents and their 120 beds. It replaces register routine with rooms and beds, residents, rent and dues, complaints, notices and expenses in one place.(Not Deployed)

Koko Pet Parent App

Live

A mobile app that comes with the clinic, so pet parents carry their pet’s complete health record in their pocket. Visits, vaccination schedules, prescriptions, lab reports and bills sync straight from the clinic’s records, and owners can book appointments and get WhatsApp reminders when something is due. No more calling the front desk for a vaccine date. Built in React Native with Expo, live on Google Play and the web.
